Composed by perfumer Marie Salamagne, Aube Rubis opens on a sparkling accord of bergamot, blackcurrant and grapefruit, vivid as morning dew. The heart blossoms into violet, clary sage and iris, floral and aromatic. In the base, patchouli, vetiver, praline and musk lay down a woody, sensual warmth — heightened by the flecks of 24-carat gold that float in the bottle.
