AKRO was founded in 2018 by Anaïs Cresp and her father Olivier Cresp, master perfumer at Firmenich — creator of Mugler's Angel, Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue, YSL's Black Opium and Mon Paris. Anaïs leads the artistic direction, Olivier composes every fragrance with first-rate ingredients. A father-and-daughter collaboration unique in niche perfumery.

AKRO comes from the French word "accro" — addict. The brand is built around everyday addictions: morning coffee, evening whisky, smoke, chocolate. Rather than drawing inspiration from classic flowers and fruits, AKRO bottles the smells that fascinate us and that we cannot resist.

Bake is AKRO's emblematic best-seller: a lemon cupcake coated in brown sugar and praline, the fragrance that made the house known among gourmand lovers. East Extrait, a woody gourmand, follows closely, ahead of Awake (espresso coffee) and Dark (dark cocoa). The Discovery Kit lets you compare them before choosing.

Yes — every AKRO fragrance is unisex, without exception. It is a founding conviction of the house. Addictions have no gender: coffee, whisky, smoke or caramel belong to everyone. Our custom discovery box, built from five 2 mL samples of your choice, lets you try the AKRO range on your own skin before committing to a full bottle.
