Atelier des Ors was founded in 2015 in Grasse by Jean-Philippe Clermont, after ten years spent in the Middle East. Based in the Villa Primerose (a historic 1886 building), the house has collaborated with perfumer Marie Salamagne (DSM-Firmenich) since its inception. The visual signature of the maison is unmistakable: each bottle holds a 24-karat gold leaf floating in the juice, a metaphor for the quest for olfactive absolute.
