Withdraw from your contract online

Your right

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a right of withdrawal to cancel your purchase without giving any reason or paying any penalty. The statutory period is fourteen (14) days; Soleil d'Or grants you an extended period of thirty (30) days.

Start of the period

The period expires thirty (30) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

• By any other unambiguous statement: by email to contact@parfumeriedusoleildor.com, stating your order number, or using the model withdrawal form below.

No particular form is required; in particular, registered post is not required.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following are notably excluded:

• hygiene or beauty products (perfumes, cosmetics, etc.) whose seal, blister or cellophane has been opened or broken, which cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons;
• personalised or made-to-order products;
• the « Box découverte » and the « Box Mystère »;
• gift cards.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; this refund will not incur any costs for you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
