A vanilla between shadow and light

Perfumer Marie Salamagne plays on contrasts, far from classic sweet vanillas. The opening surprises with a fresh, stellar mineral accord, like stardust. The heart warms thanks to mimosa, the “golden flower”, which brings a powdery, sunlit softness. In the base, a trio of vanillas — Blue (airy), Bourbon (carnal) and Madagascar (woody) — is wrapped in amber woods and musk, while flecks of 24-carat gold dance in the bottle.
