Composed by perfumer Marie Salamagne, Larmes du Désert opens on smoky incense, cypress and guaiac wood, mystical and resinous. The heart blends patchouli, cedarwood and benzoin, warm and balsamic. In the base, cistus labdanum, precious woods and amber lay down a noble, sensual trail — heightened by the flecks of 24-carat gold that float in the bottle.
