How to return your order
You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to notify us of a return. For eligible countries, you can generate your Colissimo return label directly online above, in just a few clicks, without creating an account or contacting us first.
Step 1 — Check that your item is eligible
- Product unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
- Perfumes and cosmetics whose seal / cellophane has been opened cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
- Have your order number to hand.
Step 2 — Generate your return label
Enter your order number and select the item(s) to return, then click “Generate my return label”. If your country is eligible for Colissimo returns, the prepaid label is displayed automatically: all you have to do is print it.
Step 3 — Drop off your parcel
Place the products back in their original packaging, attach the label and drop the parcel off at a drop-off point for the indicated carrier. Keep your proof of drop-off until your refund is processed.
Your country isn't listed?
If no label is displayed, your destination is not covered by online Colissimo returns. Email us at contact@parfumeriedusoleildor.com with your order number: we will send you the appropriate procedure (FedEx label or specific terms depending on your country).
Wish to withdraw from your purchase?
The right of withdrawal is distinct from a simple return. You can exercise it at any time via our dedicated feature, available at the bottom of every page of the site, or from our Right of withdrawal page. No particular form is required and it is entirely free.
Refund
After we receive and check your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of your withdrawal. Any questions? Contact us.
