To ensure your 100% satisfaction, shipping costs are our responsibility and will be fully refunded to you in the form of a Soleil d'Or voucher, usable on a large fragrance for 1 month.

Livraisons & Retours
Your order is prepared with the greatest care, usually shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays; boutique closed Sunday and Monday).
- France: delivery in 1 to 2 working days (Colissimo),
- Europe: delivery in 1 to 5 working days depending on the zone (Colissimo),
- North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): Express delivery in 5 to 8 working days via FedEx,
- International: delivery in 3 to 8 working days depending on the destination.
For destinations outside the European Union, our shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place): these timeframes do not include customs clearance, which depends on local authorities, and any customs duties and taxes remain payable by the recipient.
Returns: you have 14 days to notify us of a return. Only perfumes and cosmetics that are still sealed can be accepted, for hygiene reasons (article L221-28). The return costs €8 via Colissimo (from €25 via FedEx), deducted from your refund; you generate your label online from Return my order.
