Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email after shipment.
We primarily ship via Colissimo (signature required). For North America (USA/Canada), you can choose Colissimo or FedEx.
When will my order be shipped?+
Packages are usually shipped the day after payment is received, from Monday to Friday (working days).
I am outside of France: do I have to pay customs fees?+
Yes, depending on the country. Our international shipments are made in DAP (Delivered At Place):
possible customs duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees / processing fees may be required upon importation and remain at the recipient's expense.
Indicative thresholds (depending on destination): some countries apply exemptions/collections according to thresholds (e.g. UK £135,Canada 20 CAD, Switzerland VAT < 5 CHF, etc.) and certain territories (e.g. Jersey/Guernsey/Gibraltar/Åland…) may be treated as imports. The rules may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing.
In the event of refusal to pay import fees may apply; the package may be returned or abandoned/destroyed according to the rules of the carrier/authorities (with refund rules specified in the Shipping Policy).
Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?+
If a product becomes unavailable and a new delivery date is set exceeds 21 days, you can keep or cancel the order within a period of 72 hours after receiving the information email.

Golden Club
What is Golden Club?+
The Golden Club is Soleil d'Or's loyalty program. It allows you to accumulate points through purchases and actions (“Missions”), then to access tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and benefits (vouchers, boxes, birthday discounts, GOLDAYS, events), subject to conditions.
Who can join the Golden Club?+
The program is reserved for individuals of legal age purchasing for non-professional purposes (personal use). Purchases intended for resale or professional use are excluded.
Customers benefiting from a “merchant discount” (e.g., a permanent 10% discount) are excluded from the program.
How do I join the Golden Club?+
Membership can be obtained:
online, via the creation of a customer account
in store, during the first purchase, with a valid email address
Registration is effective upon account validation and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
How do I earn points?+
The general scale indicated is: €1 spent = 1 point.
You can also earn Points through “Missions” (actions defined in your loyalty area) and through referrals, according to the rules of the program.
Which purchases do not earn points?+
Unless otherwise stated, the following do not generate points:

When are the points credited? And when can they be withdrawn?+
Points are credited after final validation of payment and, where applicable, after expiry of the withdrawal period for distance sales.
They can be cancelled (in whole or in part) in case of cancellation, refund (total/partial), return, allocation error, fraud/attempted fraud (balance may become negative).
Do my points expire?+
Yes. The points are valid 12 months based on the last qualifying activity (eligible purchase, validated mission or qualifying action).
Without qualifying activity for 12 consecutive months, the balance expires and resets to zero. Any qualifying activity resets this period.
What are the Golden Club tiers and how do they evolve?+
The program consists of 4 levels over a rolling 12-month period:
Bronze: 200 to 499 points
Silver: 500 to 999 Points
Gold: 1000 to 1999 Points
Platinum: from 2000 Points
Your tier may change depending on the points accumulated over the last 12 months. If you change tiers, any unused benefits associated with the lower tier may be cancelled, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Is the Golden Club free?+
Yes. Membership is free, with no fees.
How do I use my vouchers? What rules apply?+
You can convert points into vouchers from your loyalty account. Vouchers:
are personal, non-transferable, and usable only once
are not convertible into cash
They are generally valid for 1 year (unless otherwise stated)
are not cumulative with each other
They do not apply to: gift cards/e-gift cards, Mystery Box, Discovery Box, discounted/sale products, and products that are occasionally excluded.

Mystery Box / Discovery Box: are they sent automatically?+
No. Boxes are not sent automatically when a threshold is crossed.
To benefit from this, you must complete the dedicated form, then use the personal promotional code when placing an order, according to the conditions indicated (minimum purchase, exclusions, validity, stocks).
In the event of a change of tier before the code is issued, the benefit may be lost depending on the conditions.
How does the sponsorship system work?+
Sponsorship allows both the referred customer and the sponsor to obtain a voucher (e.g., €15) under certain conditions (minimum purchase, exclusions, validity, non-cumulative), and after validation of the referred customer's order (and non-return within the applicable period).

What is the difference between eau de toilette, eau de parfum and extrait de parfum?+
The main difference lies in the concentration and the finish. Generally, a higher concentration results in a denser, longer-lasting fragrance, but the outcome also depends on the formula and the individual skin type. The best indicator remains a skin test over a few hours.
How to test a perfume properly?+
Test first on a touchpad, then on skin (wrist or forearm). Wait at least 15–30 minutes to assess the heart rate, and a few hours for the fundus. Avoid performing multiple tests at the same time: a maximum of 2 or 3 per session.
How to apply perfume for better longevity?+
Apply to clean, ideally moisturized skin, focusing on pulse points (wrists, neck). Avoid rubbing after spraying: this may alter the fragrance's development.
How to make your perfume last longer?+
