Perfumer Marie Salamagne imagined this composition as a sweeping view over the sea. The opening is bursting and luminous thanks to lemon, bergamot and cypress, evoking coastal vegetation. The heart turns more aromatic with clary sage, guaiac wood and cedar, recalling the scent of sun-dried driftwood. In the base, resins, everlasting flower and incense bring a spicy-caramel touch that warms the atmosphere — while flecks of 24-carat gold shimmer in the bottle.
