METAL LAVENDER

With Metal Lavender, Aurélien Guichard signs a resolutely contemporary interpretation of lavender, far from the classic codes of perfumery.

At the heart of the composition, an organic Lavandin Grosso grown in Grasse in the perfumer's own fields reveals a vibrant, almost metallic facet. This exceptional raw material is set in contrast with a Provence Lavender Absolute, softer and more floral, bringing an enveloping, refined dimension.

The deliberately minimalist structure lets this duality between aromatic freshness and modern sensuality express itself fully. Musks (Habanolide) and Cashmeran extend the sillage, giving it a soft, lightly woody and diffusive texture.

The result: a new-generation lavender, fluid, luminous and urban, designed to radiate on the skin with elegance and modernity.

Matiere Premiere is a French perfumery house founded by perfumer Aurélien Guichard, whose vision is based on a simple idea: to reveal the power and singularity of one natural ingredient at a time.
The brand's perfumes are designed around exceptional ingredients—Madagascar vanilla, Australian sandalwood, oud, neroli, musk, or frankincense—chosen for their quality and ethical origin.

Each composition is minimalist, legible, and modern, allowing the raw material the freedom to express itself fully.
The formulas are made from 85% to 92% naturally derived ingredients, are vegan, and dye-free, reflecting a commitment to respecting nature and artisan producers.
