The Rose de Mai Candle reveals the pure essence of the Rose Centifolia Absolute, organically grown in France by MATIERE PREMIERE. This creation is based on a fundamental conviction: that the candle should exude the true nature of its raw material, not that of the wax. Each fragrance has been meticulously chosen at a key moment in the botanical journey, from sowing to final extraction. Matière Première is a French perfume house created by perfumer Aurélien Guichard, whose vision is based on a simple idea: to reveal the power and uniqueness of a single natural material at a time.
The brand's fragrances are designed around exceptional ingredients—Madagascar vanilla, Australian sandalwood, oud, neroli, musk, and incense—chosen for their quality and ethical origin.

Each composition is minimalist, legible and modern, leaving the raw material the freedom to express itself fully.
The formulas are made from ingredients that are between 85% and 92% of natural origin, vegan and free of colorants, in an approach that respects nature and artisan producers.

Your order is prepared with the greatest care, usually shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays; boutique closed Sunday and Monday).

• North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): Express delivery in 5 to 8 working days via FedEx,
• International: delivery in 3 to 8 working days depending on the destination.

For destinations outside the European Union, our shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place): these timeframes do not include customs clearance, which depends on local authorities, and any customs duties and taxes remain payable by the recipient.

Returns: you have 14 days to notify us of a return. Only perfumes and cosmetics that are still sealed can be accepted, for hygiene reasons (article L221-28). The return costs €8 via Colissimo (from €25 via FedEx), deducted from your refund; you generate your label online from Return my order.
