On the first lighting, let the wax melt all the way to the edges to prevent tunnelling; trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use and do not burn for more than two hours at a time.

For destinations outside the European Union, our shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place): these timeframes do not include customs clearance, which depends on local authorities, and any customs duties and taxes remain payable by the recipient.

Returns: you have 14 days to notify us of a return. Only perfumes and cosmetics that are still sealed can be accepted, for hygiene reasons (article L221-28). The return costs €8 via Colissimo (from €25 via FedEx), deducted from your refund; you generate your label online from Return my order.
