Black Oregano Extrait

With Black Oregano, Atelier Materi explores the aromatic richness of wild oregano, a plant emblematic of Mediterranean lands. Far from its culinary use, here it reveals a raw, sophisticated and resolutely contemporary facet.

The opening pairs the spicy freshness of cardamom with the aromatic nuances of rosemary. Peruvian lime brings a zesty brightness that illuminates the perfume's first minutes.

At the heart, oregano reveals all its personality. Its herbaceous, aromatic accents meet the woody depth of vetiver and the creamy softness of Australian sandalwood. The whole creates a subtle balance between vegetal freshness and enveloping warmth.

The base gains intensity through patchouli, oud and the leather accord. Cistus labdanum absolute brings an amber, resinous dimension that extends the trail with elegance and character.

At once aromatic, woody and leathery, Black Oregano is a fragrance of contrast that captures the spirit of the wildest Mediterranean landscapes.
