A contemplative, vaporous woody

Composed by perfumer Karine Vinchon Spehner, nashi toro opens on the balsamic freshness of hinoki, crisp nashi pear and black pepper. At the heart, creamy iris butter, ambrette and Somali incense rise like smoke from a censer. In the base, moss, musk, earthy notes and rice-bran absolute trace a botanical, soft and meditative sillage.

It was important for me to dive into the meditative world of Japan. The wafts of incense and Hinoki wood are essential to achieve this. Clary sage and ambrette allow me to add an intriguing, mystical effect.
