IT'S A MATCH-A

It's a Match-a is the meeting of a beautifully frothy green tea and a generously laid brunch table: Amélie Bourgeois (studio FLAIR) gave matcha a twist, turning it into a milky, green accord, surprising and ultra-gourmand.

The fluffy, sweet opening evokes warm pancakes and juicy blueberry, zested with bergamot and lemon, while the matcha accord diffuses its vegetal freshness. The powdery heart melts sunny tuberose into iris and violet. The base unfolds the creamy smoothness of warm milk, vanilla roundness, crunchy pistachio, sandalwood, guaiac wood, vetiver and musks.

An alcohol-free roll-on, concentrated at 30% in a base of sweet almond and wheat germ plant oils. More softness than rigour: sweet, tender, comforting.

Main notes: matcha, pancake, blueberry, warm milk, vanilla, pistachio.

Concentration: Extrait de parfum 30% – Roll-on 15 ml, alcohol-free.

Vegan, unisex and made in France.

Amélie Bourgeois

A French perfumer, Amélie Bourgeois co-founded the Flair creative studio with Anne-Sophie Behaghel. She is behind contrasting compositions such as Rouge Smoking and French Bouquet for BDK Parfums, as well as several signatures for Jovoy and Mendittorosa, brought together at Soleil d'Or.

Founded in January 2021 by Coralie Frébourg, a graduate of the École Supérieure du Parfum, Versatile Paris set out to shake up the codes of traditional perfumery: fewer clichés, more transparency. Its fragrances are created with the independent perfumery studio FLAIR and come in two gestures — the alcohol-free roll-on extrait, built on a base of almond and wheat plant oils, and the spray extrait, on organic wheat alcohol. Short, transparent formulas, always vegan, unisex and made in France.
