SEA, SUD & SUN

Sea, Sud & Sun puts the South of France in a rollerball: Anne-Sophie Behaghel (studio FLAIR) imagined a neo-neroli that smells of a terrace at aperitif hour, the beach and a Saint-Tropez bakery all at once.

Citrus fruits burst out in the opening — Italian lemon and bergamot, bitter orange, orange, airy petitgrain. The heart dips its aniseed pastis accord into Moroccan orange blossom and neroli, juicy green fig, fresh ginger and iodised marine notes. The base is a treat: a creamy, almondy Tropézienne accord, nougat, Siberian pine, immortelle and sunny musks dusted with vanilla.

An alcohol-free roll-on, concentrated at 33% on a base of sweet almond and wheat germ vegetable oils: the rollerball applies directly to the skin, from beach towel to pétanque.

Main notes: pastis, neroli, fig, Tropézienne, nougat, marine notes.

Concentration: Extrait de parfum 33% – 15 ml roll-on, alcohol-free.

Vegan, unisex and made in France.

Anne-Sophie Behaghel, a French perfumer and co-founder of the Flair studio, creates narrative, textured compositions, from the marine accord of Sel d'Argent (BDK Parfums) to the solar floral of Orlo (Mendittorosa), through to the fresh SEA, SUD & SUN eaux by Versatile. VERSATILE

Founded in January 2021 by Coralie Frébourg, a graduate of the École Supérieure du Parfum, Versatile Paris set out to shake up the codes of traditional perfumery: fewer clichés, more transparency. Its fragrances are created with the independent perfumery studio FLAIR and come in two gestures — the alcohol-free roll-on extrait, built on a base of almond and wheat plant oils, and the spray extrait, on organic wheat alcohol. Short, transparent formulas, always vegan, unisex and made in France.
