Description

"No specific place name indicates its origin. Only coordinates for sailors, parallels and meridians that intersect in the blue of the Pacific Ocean where Asia becomes Oceania. It is there that we found the tree we were looking for, the original tree. The Sandalwood whose wood has the power to awaken the spirit." [travel notes]

This is a journey where the notion of "faraway land" retains all its meaning. We are in the area south of the Tropic of Cancer, between Asia and Oceania. It is from there that this large, and not particularly beautiful, tree reached India.

Its essence is extracted from the heart of the trunk and its intense, mystical fragrance accompanies Hindu and Buddhist ceremonies of its thin sticks that are lit. Today it is a protected species, increasingly rare. But thanks to long-term research and a reforestation operation (50 new trees planted for each tree felled) we were able to use pure Sandalwood essential oil, the best. The result is a hypnotic and mysterious olfactory tale.

Woody, warm and velvety notes blend with floral notes. Wearing this fragrance today is a sweet and intoxicating experience, which frees the mind and awakens the deep layers of consciousness.

Our commitment to sustainability:Our sandalwood is obtained in an environmentally friendly manner. For every sandalwood cut, 50 more are planted.
