Parole d'eau

Parole d'eau puts an end to the myth of odourless water: a deep, intimate fragrance of the Matin Lutens line, conceived as an immersion in living waters.

Siberian pine needles open the composition with a resinous breath; lemon zest brightens the heart; eucalyptus leaves sign the base, camphorous and fresh. A green, mineral water, like rain on a cliff of conifers.

Composed by Christopher Sheldrake under the direction of Serge Lutens, Parole d'eau is worn on waking and in fine weather, for an invigorating freshness.

Expert tip

A Serge Lutens perfume favors, as far as possible, the use of raw materials of natural origin of the highest quality. They alone guarantee a true evolution of the perfume on the skin. Spray the perfume preferably directly on the latter and wait a few minutes, the time for the composition to develop its fullness and reveal itself in its most disturbing truth. At Serge Lutens, the essences always end up confessing themselves!

SERGE LUTENS

Serge Lutens, born in 1942 in Lille, is a French artist of many talents: photographer, filmmaker, fashion architect and perfume creator. After early work in hairstyling and make-up, he collaborated with prestigious magazines such as Vogue. In 1980 he began a defining collaboration with Shiseido, shaping the brand's visual identity and launching iconic fragrances such as "Féminité du bois" in 1992. In 2000 he founded his own perfume house, Serge Lutens, offering unique, avant-garde olfactory creations. Deeply influenced by Marrakech, where he acquired a residence in 1974, he draws major inspiration from the city for his fragrances. Today, the Serge Lutens house is recognised for its artistic approach and its commitment to originality and quality.
