Le perce-vent

Le perce-vent, a 2025 arrival in the Collection noire, is inspired by the breath of wind sweeping through Marrakech — imperceptible, yet able to move mountains of memory.

Around a grassy clary sage wind an icy mint and lavender; iris powders the heart; the base, dry and musky, blends Atlas cedar and patchouli. A fresh, clear aromatic, like the eye of the cyclone.

Composed under the direction of Serge Lutens, Le perce-vent is a soothing fragrance, close to the skin, worn in every season.

SERGE LUTENS

Serge Lutens, born in 1942 in Lille, is a French artist of many talents: photographer, filmmaker, fashion architect and perfume creator. After early work in hairstyling and make-up, he collaborated with prestigious magazines such as Vogue. In 1980 he began a defining collaboration with Shiseido, shaping the brand's visual identity and launching iconic fragrances such as "Féminité du bois" in 1992. In 2000 he founded his own perfume house, Serge Lutens, offering unique, avant-garde olfactory creations. Deeply influenced by Marrakech, where he acquired a residence in 1974, he draws major inspiration from the city for his fragrances. Today, the Serge Lutens house is recognised for its artistic approach and its commitment to originality and quality.
