Purple Mantra

Purple Mantra by Room 1015 is designed as an interlude of serenity: a luminous lavender, an orris heart and an incense base that clears the mind. It is signed by perfumer Serge De Oliveira.

Lavender, freesia and pink berries open the composition; orris, a transparent floral accord and clary sage form a powdery, aromatic heart; incense, myrrh, Ambroxan and musk extend a resinous, soothing trail.

The house

ROOM 1015

Founded by Michael Partouche — a musician at heart, a pharmacist by training — Room 1015 turns perfume into a means of expression and rebellion. The house takes its name from room 1015 of the 'Riot House', the Continental Hyatt in Los Angeles where the legend of seventies rock was written. Each fragrance is a banner inspired by musical movements, alternative philosophies and spiritualities — leather, sweat, burnt patchouli and absolute freedom.
