Le Mat

Le Mat, an extrait de parfum by Mendittorosa (100 ml), takes its name from the first card of the Marseille tarot — the traveller who sets off without looking back.

An oriental floral, earthy and spiced

It opens sharply on nutmeg, black pepper and clove. The heart unfolds a Grasse centifolia rose that Egyptian geranium pulls towards green and pepper. The base settles into the earth: Indonesian patchouli, cashmere wood and Spanish immortelle, whose curry-and-honey facet gives the whole its balsamic character and the bearing of a contemporary chypre.
