Mon Boudoir by Houbigant, an oriental and floral extrême eau de parfum. Created in 1919 by Robert Bienaimé and the favourite fragrance of Queen Marie of Romania, this imperial oriental floral is reborn in the Collection Privée.

Oriental floral

At the top, a brilliant bergamot lifted by intriguing peppery notes. The heart weds rose, geranium, ylang-ylang and jasmine, wrapped in the velvety notes of iris and heliotrope. The base, imperial, blends patchouli, sandalwood and amber, warmed by benzoin, musk and Tahitian vanilla. A creation by Robert Bienaimé.

Founded in 1775 by Jean-François Houbigant, the House of Houbigant is one of the oldest French perfume houses, spanning four centuries of history. From its earliest days, it won over the royal courts of Europe, notably Marie-Antoinette and Empress Maria Feodorovna of Russia. A pioneer in the art of perfumery, Houbigant introduced major innovations, such as the creation of "Fougère Royale" in 1882, which established a new olfactory family.
