A dark, spicy and balsamic sillage

Composed by perfumer Margaux Le Paih Guérin (studio Flair), Lü Bu opens on a bright, tannic clove with an almost metallic glint, like a still-warm blade. At the heart, Armenian paper smoulders, a wisp of incense around a noble, powdery and solitary iris. In the base, black vanilla, tonka bean, precious woods — guaiac, cedar, cashmere, amyris — and Tolu balsam lay down a resinous, enveloping warmth.
