Perfumer Marie Salamagne has orchestrated a contrasting encounter between two Grasse icons. On one hand, an opulent, petal-filled Centifolia rose , "just picked." On the other, a refined, dark, and velvety leather . The opening is surprising, marked by the spicy freshness of cardamom and pink pepper. The powdery floral heart of iris and ambrette softens the power of the leathery base and amber woods.
