Lacura, an extrait de parfum by Mendittorosa (100 ml), is meant as much as a form of care as a fragrance: an embrace laid on the skin.

A powdery, comforting citrus

The opening is bright and clear — bitter orange essence, pear, bergamot. The heart runs through the whole bitter orange tree: neroli, orange blossom absolute and petitgrain, lifted by jasmine. The base brings the comfort, with Virginian cedarwood, benzoin, ambroxan, cashmeran, vanillin and caramel, bound by a musky Veloutone® that gives the whole its cashmere texture. Mendittorosa, perfume as a studio piece

Founded in Naples by Stefania Squeglia, the house conceived Lacura as a tribute to Franco Battiato's "La cura". The twisted cap of the Time Without Time trilogy, hand-shaped by Italian artist Mauro Carrazza, stands for order emerging from chaos.

Founded in 2012 by Stefania Squeglia, Mendittorosa is an Italian perfume house that creates limited-edition artisanal perfume extracts.
