Perfumer Julien Rasquinet dresses saffron in the golden finery of amber, to make it more precious still. At the top, the vibrant spice is surrounded by black pepper and the indulgence of a plum. The heart reveals Turkish rose, olibanum and a black-leather accord, intense and sensual. In the base, sandalwood, vanilla and oak wood fashion a true leather hide around the saffron.

The symbolism of saffron is very strong. In Antiquity, it referred to voluptuousness, sensuality. In India, it is a symbol of luck.
