LAYTON has established itself as Parfums de Marly's best-selling masculine — and one of the most recognisable fragrances in niche perfumery. Composed by Hamid Merati-Kashani, it opens on a crisp apple brightened by bergamot, instantly electrified by a vibrant cardamom.

The aromatic heart unrolls an elegant lavender, softened by powdery violet and green geranium. Then the base asserts its signature: creamy vanilla, refined praline, earthy patchouli and smoky guaiac wood compose a warm sillage that never goes unnoticed.

Founded in 2009 by Julien Sprecher, Parfums de Marly is a French haute parfumerie house that draws its inspiration from the 18th century, when perfume reached its peak at the court of King Louis XV. The brand pays homage to this period by creating sophisticated fragrances that evoke the splendor and elegance of the era. Each perfume is designed as a unique olfactory composition, combining noble ingredients and artisanal know-how, reflecting French luxury.
