Archetipo, an extrait de parfum by Mendittorosa (100 ml), summons a memory older than memory itself.

A smoky woody scent, green and mineral

It opens on the cold sap of fir balsam, lifted by pink pepper and a highly concentrated incense essence. The heart works with the intangible: a living flame accord, fed by bushman candle, curls against a dry, crystalline moonstone accord. The base returns to the earth — patchouli, Indonesian vetiver, cashmere wood, labdanum, black amber and oakmoss build a resinous, shadowed foundation. Created by Luca Maffei.

Founded in 2012 by Stefania Squeglia, Mendittorosa is an Italian perfume house that creates limited-edition artisanal perfume extracts. Each fragrance is designed as a “prayer for the skin,” using natural ingredients and bottles handcrafted by Italian artists.
