Mauna, an extrait de parfum by Mendittorosa (100 ml), carries the Sanskrit word for silence — not the absence of sound, but a sacred vibration that precedes everything.

A creamy woody scent led by sandalwood

The opening prickles: black pepper and Madagascar ginger, wrapped in a veil of olibanum that lends it a spiritual cast from the first moment. The heart is the subject of the perfume itself — Indian Album sandalwood, unfolded in all its milky thickness, softened by the resinous sweetness of benzoin. The base extends the calm with tonka bean absolute, a sacred musk, styrax and a velvet accord. Created by Cristiano Canali.

Founded in Naples by Stefania Squeglia, the house entrusted the Mauna cap to Tuscan artist Alessandro Reggioli, who sculpted it as a lotus bud in raku ceramic, resting on a hand-painted leaf.
