As daylight fades, a schooner prepares to moor. “That one's a privateer, or he's lost his way!” mutter the old-timers of the port. When the wind rises, there is no more doubt: the Jolly Roger snaps and whistles a Memento Mori reminding us that life is fragile — so we may as well live it well. In the shadow of the Pavillon Rouge, better a short life, as long as it is intense!

Drawn by the promise of the amber and vanilla aromas of rum and whisky, a buccaneer strides mockingly onto the quay. His proud ship will have vanished before dawn, leaving behind a trail of exotic spices and precious woods — the treasures filling its holds — and a promise made to an elegant lady to return one day, “God willing”.

A perfume of conquest and adventure signed by Marie Schnirer, Pavillon Rouge is an ode to life: it invites you to conquer the day and then the night, fearlessly, with the confidence of those who braved death for a fortune and legendary glory. Made in France.
