Four creations that take the rose — perfumery's most iconic material — and transform it through a dialogue with spices: nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon. An approach that reawakens a classic.

The four creations of the Exploration Rose

The Exploration Rose brings together Rose Muscade, Rose Cardamome, Rose Cannelle and Brume Rose — four compositions in which the rose is in turn spiced with nutmeg, scented with cardamom or warmed by cinnamon. Brume Rose offers the airiest interpretation in the collection.

A spiced rose, the French way

The Exploration Rose stands out for its contemporary reinterpretation of a classic. French perfumery has crowned the rose queen of materials, from Guerlain (Nahéma, 1979) to Caron (Or et Noir) and Goutal (Rose Splendide). La Closerie des Parfums takes up the baton with a spiced approach that modernises the gesture without betraying it: the rose remains central, while the spice brings the unique signature.
