The Exploration Cacao is the gourmand line of La Closerie des Parfums, a French auteur house founded in 2019 by Valérie Madrid, heir to the Groupe Panther (Cottage, Arnaud Paris), active since 1972. The collection illustrates the house's signature concept: pairing a noble material with a spice from around the world – here, cacao meets chilli or timur in two narrative compositions.

The Exploration Cacao brings together Cacao Piment and Cacao Timur – two compositions in which cacao converses on one side with Latin American chilli (spicy warmth), and on the other with Timur pepper from Nepal (energetic lemony notes). Two distinct readings of the same gourmand axis.
