The Dark Spot Correcting Serum tackles the skin alterations linked to photoageing: brown spots, sun spots, unevenness of the complexion. It acts at cellular level to inhibit melanin production, in prevention as much as in correction.

The formula brings together four actives of clinically documented efficacy: niacinamide, which slows the transfer of melanin to the keratinocytes, alpha-arbutin, which inhibits tyrosinase, phytic acid, a chelator of the metal ions involved in pigmentation, and vitamin C in the form of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, which slows the oxidation of melanin.

UV filters built into the formula limit the upkeep of the phenomenon during treatment. The complexion evens out, the texture becomes finer. For women and men alike.

How to apply

Morning and evening, on clean, dry skin: apply a small amount and massage gently into the face and the areas of the body affected by pigmentation. Follow with your moisturiser, then with a sun protection during the day. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Expert advice: regularity is everything — allow several weeks of continuous application before assessing the result. And sun protection is not optional: without it, UV rays maintain the very pigmentation the serum is working to correct. Store the bottle away from direct light and temperature fluctuations.
