The Make-Up Remover Care goes beyond cleansing. Its biphasic formula ensures the complete removal of make-up, sunscreen filters and other lipophilic substances, without leaving any residue or discomfort.

Over 99% of the ingredients are of natural origin. The precious oils of avocado, borage and evening primrose nourish intensively, strengthen the skin barrier and preserve hydration. Further actives stimulate microcirculation, support collagen production and revive radiance — what the house calls a multi-benefit cosmeceutical performance.

The care extends to the eye contour and the lashes, whose loss it helps to limit, with a tolerance designed for this area. A make-up removal step that becomes a skincare step.

Nescens was born in Switzerland out of Professor Jacques Proust's research into the biology of ageing, the skincare extension of the centre for the prevention of ageing he founded in Genolier. Application tips

Shake the bottle well until the two phases are completely combined. Pour onto a cotton pad, then sweep gently over the face, eyes and lips without rubbing, until the make-up has fully dissolved. For the eyes, hold the cotton pad in place for a few seconds.

Expert advice: the dwell time on the eye makes all the difference — a few seconds is enough to dissolve waterproof mascara without the slightest rubbing, and it is rubbing that damages the lashes. Follow with the Activator Toner to rinse away the last traces and return the skin to its balance. Keep the bottle away from direct light and temperature variations.
