Secret Santa: affordable, refined gifts

The fine-perfumery Secret Santa gift

Secret Santa calls for gifts that are personal, refined and reasonably priced. Our special selection brings together the affordable references in our catalogue: scented hand creams, candles, signature soaps, travel sizes and beauty accessories. Each item is chosen for its niche quality, within a budget suited to gift exchanges among colleagues or friends.

Our Secret Santa selection

Our Secret Santa selection includes: Bois Impérial, Hibiscus Mahajád Extrait, Tubéreuse Astrale Extrait, Impadia and Gris Charnel, all references that make up this selection.

Affordable gift ideas in fine perfumery

Several product categories are perfect for Secret Santa. Scented hand creams (BDK Parfums, Versatile, Akro) make refined gifts at an accessible price. Candles extend a scent into the home. Soaps and shower gels extend fragranced rituals. And discovery boxes let you give an experience rather than a single product.

For a larger budget: Golden Santa

If your Secret Santa budget is more generous, also discover our Golden Santa selection, which features more upmarket references. To explore our complete gift universe, browse our Fragrance Gift Sets and our festive Christmas selection. And for the undecided, the e-gift card remains a safe bet.

How do you choose your gift at Soleil d'Or?

Frequently asked questions about Secret Santa

What are some Secret Santa ideas on a small budget?

Small-format niche scented candles make a universal gift — they please almost everyone. Refined hand care or scented soaps offer a welcome everyday treat. Sample discovery sets let you give the joy of olfactory exploration without committing to a full size. Miniatures and travel editions also make excellent gifts at a sensible price.

Any advice for a successful Secret Santa gift?

Favour understated elegance over volume. A well-chosen item from a niche house always makes more of an impact than a generic product in large quantity. Presentation matters a great deal: careful wrapping turns a small gift into a genuine gesture. Our boutique in Lille offers complimentary gift wrapping.

Does Soleil d'Or offer samples for the Secret Santa selection?

Yes, we offer up to 3 free samples with every order. For enthusiasts who want to explore more widely, our sample discovery box lets you try several creations before committing to a full-size bottle. It is one of the best ways to approach niche perfumery without risking a misstep.

What are the delivery times?

We ship within 24 working hours from Lille via Colissimo or Colissimo Point Relais (France and Europe). Orders to Asia are shipped via Colissimo Asie. For Canada, the USA and other destinations, delivery is by FedEx. Delivery is free from €60 in mainland France. You can also collect your order directly from our boutique in Lille, free of charge.

How can Soleil d'Or advise me on the Secret Santa selection?

Four generations of expertise since 1953: Apolline and Victorine Maes personally guide you in your choice. Whether in our boutique in Lille, by phone or via the online contact form, we take the time to identify your real needs before recommending a product. Our discovery box is also an excellent starting point for exploring our niche world.
