Le Rouge Français' Narcisse Primer is a certified organic and vegan mascara primer-base, designed to enhance your lashes while providing deep conditioning. Its creamy texture envelops each lash, curling, thickening, and lengthening them, while multiplying the effects of your mascara.

Formulated with natural ingredients such as Roman chamomile hydrosol with soothing properties, clover extract and mung bean that stimulate lash growth, as well as jojoba and castor oil to nourish and strengthen, this primer offers complete care for stronger and healthier lashes.

Can also be used as a night mask, gently rinsed off in the morning, it offers a complete care routine for your eyelashes. 1. Apply Narcisse Primer to your clean lashes, using the curved brush to coat them well from root to tip.
2. Let it dry for a few moments before applying your usual mascara.
