Application tips

Smooth up along the jawline and apply pressure to the neck, behind the earlobes. Move down toward the collarbone and apply pressure around the hollow of the collarbone. Perform this motion on both the right and left sides.

Place both thumbs under the chin and massage from side to side using moderate pressure.

Gently pinch both sides of the jaw with your fingers on areas 1 to 3 in order.

Place your middle fingers next to the corners of your lips. Massage in a circular motion and apply gentle pressure to these points.

Using four fingers, gently massage zone 1 in circular motions, then apply light pressure to these points. Repeat the same procedure on zones 2 and 3.
