An explosion of citrus and greenery

Perfumer Marie Salamagne set out to express the solar energy of the French Riviera by working every facet of orange. The opening is an invigorating shot of citrus pulp — lemon, mandarin, orange — twisted by the aromatic freshness of basil. The heart reveals a joyful, botanical accord of fig leaf and orange blossom, before melting into an elegant sillage of vetiver, cedar and musk — while flecks of 24-carat gold shimmer in the bottle.
