• International: delivery in 4 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

For destinations outside the European Union, these times do not include customs clearance, which depends on the local authorities. Any customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

Returns: you have 14 days to notify us of a return. Only perfumes and cosmetics that are still sealed can be accepted, for hygiene reasons (article L221-28). The return costs €8 via Colissimo (from €25 via FedEx), deducted from your refund; you generate your label online from Return my order.
