Terms and conditions of the “Golden Hotte” Christmas promotional offers
Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions define the rules applicable to the Christmas promotional offers organized by La Parfumerie du Soleil d’Or (hereinafter the “Organizer”), valid in-store and on the e-commerce website parfumeriedusoleildor.com, consisting of the granting of a gift with the purchase of certain identified products.
Article 2 – Organizer / Seller
The offers are organized by:

Article 3 – Duration & scope
The offers:
- are valid from the start of the promotion through December 25 (included) and, in all cases, while supplies last;
- are limited to one (1) gift per brand and per order;

- on the e-commerce website: parfumeriedusoleildor.com.
Any offer for which the corresponding gift is no longer available at the time of purchase is automatically considered expired.
Article 4 – Eligibility conditions
To benefit from an offer:
- the customer must purchase one or more products meeting the criteria specified in Article 5;
- the purchase must be made during the validity period of the promotion and as long as the gift stock is available;
- the offers are combinable with each other when they concern different brands, within the limit of one (1) gift per brand and per order;
- gifts are given immediately at the time of purchase in-store or added to the parcel for online orders.
Article 5 – Description of the “Golden Hotte” offers
5.1. BDK PARFUMS
Condition:
- Purchase of a 100 ml fragrance.
Gift:
- 1 Gris Charnel 10 ml fragrance offered (indicative value: €25).
Restriction:
- While supplies last.
5.2. MAISON CRIVELLI
a) Purchase of an Extrait (large size)
“Large size” refers exclusively to references available in 100 ml or more.
Gift:
- 1 surprise mini candle offered.
Restriction:
- While supplies last.
b) Purchase of a 100 ml EDP
Gift:
- 1 surprise 5 ml extrait offered (indicative value: €25).
Restriction:
- While supplies last.
5.3. ATELIER DES ORS
Condition:
- Purchase of a 100 ml fragrance.
Gift:
- 1 surprise 15 ml fragrance offered.
Restriction:
- While supplies last.
5.4. HANAE MORI
Condition:
- Purchase of a large-size fragrance (according to references available in-store or on the website).
Gift:
- 1 butterfly bracelet offered.
Restriction:
- While supplies last.
5.5. MATIÈRE PREMIÈRE
Condition:
- Purchase of a 100 ml fragrance.
Gift:
- 1 surprise 6 ml fragrance offered (indicative value: €38).
Restriction:
- While supplies last.
5.6. AKRO
Condition:
- Purchase of a 100 ml fragrance.
Gift:
- 1 Bake 10 ml fragrance offered (indicative value: €25).
Measure in case of out-of-stock of the planned gift:
- An alternative gift will be offered among the references available at the time of purchase.
Restriction:
- While supplies last.
Article 6 – Gift delivery terms
The gift corresponding to the offer is:
- handed over immediately in-store at checkout, or
- added to the parcel for orders placed on the e-commerce website.
No delayed shipment will be made if a gift is later found to be unavailable.
In case of out-of-stock of the planned gift, La Parfumerie du Soleil d’Or reserves the right to offer a gift of equivalent value or nature, without the customer being entitled to request a specific gift.
Article 7 – Combination of offers & non-combination with other promotions
The “Golden Hotte” offers are:
- combinable with each other when they apply to different brands, within the limit of one (1) gift per brand and per order;
- not combinable with other current promotions, promo codes, discounts or specific advantages, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Article 8 – General conditions for gift use
The gifts offered:
- are non-exchangeable (except in the event of a proven defect);
- are non-refundable;
- are not cumulative with other benefits;
- are not convertible into cash or store credit;
- cannot give rise to any financial compensation in case of loss, theft or damage after being handed over to the customer.
Article 9 – Personal data (GDPR)
No additional personal data is collected specifically as part of these offers, other than that required to process the order or purchase.

Article 10 – Liability
La Parfumerie du Soleil d’Or cannot be held liable in the event of:
- stock shortage (products or gifts);
- display or typographical errors (subject to immediate correction);
- temporary unavailability of the e-commerce website;
- force majeure or any external event affecting the proper execution of the promotion.
Article 11 – Modification or early termination
La Parfumerie du Soleil d’Or reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time, without prior notice, in particular in the event of:
- fraud or attempted fraud;
- technical malfunction;
- an event beyond its control.
Any substantial change will, where possible, be communicated via the usual communication channels (in-store, website).
Article 12 – Disputes & applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact the customer service of La Parfumerie du Soleil d’Or in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent court.
