Instructions
  1. Prepare the wick: Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use to prevent smoke formation.
  2. Uniform combustion: Allow the surface of the candle to melt completely when first using to prevent it from digging in.
  3. Security: Never leave the candle burning unattended, or near flammable objects, children or animals.
  4. Interview: If the flame becomes too high or the candle smokes, extinguish it, let it cool and then adjust the wick.

Delivery

The order preparation time is as quick as possible: in general the package is deposited at the postal agency within 24 to 48 hours following the order (except Sundays and public holidays).

The order is then sent by the usual postal services, the average delivery times (for information purposes) of which are as follows:

French postal services: delivery within 2 to 3 working days (from deposit at the post office).

European postal services: 3 to 7 working days (from deposit at the post office).


Delivery costs are €10.00 for any order priced less than €45.
