Created in 1929 by Parisian couturier Jean Patou and perfumer Henri Alméras, Joy is considered one of the greatest perfumes in history. This eau de toilette is distinguished by an exceptional floral composition, requiring 10,000 jasmine flowers and 28 dozen roses to produce 30 ml of perfume, which contributes to its prestige and rarity. The top notes reveal a harmonious blend of jasmine and rose, while subtle touches of ylang-ylang, champaca, and tuberose enrich the heart of the fragrance. The bottle, designed by architect Louis Süe, reflects a classic and refined aesthetic, symbolizing the timeless elegance of Joy.
