Key Ingredients

Squalane- biocompatible emollient that promotes skin hydration, restores suppleness and strengthens the skin barrier, reducing the loss of essential moisture. Squalane is also an effective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Applied to dry skin, it effectively melts away makeup, excess sebum and other impurities.

Sucrose Stearate- emulsifying ingredient that transforms the formula into a silky cleansing milk when combined with water, rinsing away impurities and pollutants without altering the skin barrier;.

Barley beta-glucan- derived from barley seed extract, this antioxidant-rich, skin-soothing ingredient is known to reduce skin redness and seal in moisture. The barley beta-glucan used in BIOEFFECT Cleanser is upcycled from our barley plants, the source of BIOEFFECT’s plant-based epidermal growth factor, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Glycerin- powerful plant-derived humectant that draws moisture into the skin, smoothing and revitalizing the skin's surface. Glycerin is an effective moisturizer that is suitable for all skin types, even oily skin.

Icelandic water- clean, soft and pure, it is geologically filtered through layers of volcanic rock, with a low concentration of hard minerals such as calcium and magnesium.
