The user is informed that personal data concerning him/her is processed by SOLEIL D'OR SARL (hereinafter "SOLEIL D'OR"), located at 4 rue Esquermoise in Lille (59000), in its capacity as data controller, in compliance with Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended and European Regulation n°2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD).
In particular, personal data is collected by SOLEIL D'OR when the user creates a customer account, makes a purchase or reservation on the Site, or uses the discount vouchers they have acquired as part of their loyalty program membership.
SOLEIL D'OR undertakes to limit the collection of data to that which is strictly necessary for the purposes set out below.
2. Description of personal data processing
2.1 What are the purposes of data processing?
2.1.1. Managing purchases and reservations on the Site
You must create a customer account to order a product or book a treatment on the Site.
The customer account allows you to :
_ To purchase products: to track the processing of your orders, to consult your purchase history and to create a whishlist;
_ to book treatments: access your booking diary, cancel or modify your bookings and consult your invoice history.
By placing an order or making a reservation on the Site, you enter into a contract with SOLEIL D'OR, on the basis of which the processing of your personal data is based. The data collected when creating a customer account and during the online purchase or reservation process is used to validate and execute the contract, and to manage customer relations.
The data indicated as "optional" in the forms is in the legitimate interest of SOLEIL D'OR, in that it is intended to help us get to know you better in order to improve our services. 2.1.2. Membership and management of the loyalty program
The holder of a customer account may join the SOLEIL D'OR loyalty program freely and at no cost in order to benefit from discount vouchers for future purchases on the Site. In the event of membership, SOLEIL D'OR collects data for the purposes of running the loyalty program, which you can consult in your customer account (e.g.: loyalty points, generation of discount vouchers, etc.).
Customers may cancel their membership at any time by requesting the deletion of their customer account via our contact form, specifying their full name and e-mail address, together with proof of identity, which will be retained for the duration of the identity verification process.
2.1.3. SOLEIL D'OR's commercial communication
Customer account holders may subscribe to the SOLEIL D'OR newsletter, which will be sent to their e-mail address. As this processing is based on his consent, he may withdraw it at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link available in each newsletter.
2.1.4. Fraud prevention (cheque payments)
In accordance with the French Monetary and Financial Code, SOLEIL D'OR is authorized to request a copy of your ID in the event of payment by check, in order to combat fraud.
2.1.5 Personalized selection of samples (Box Mystère)
Customers wishing to purchase a Box Mystère are asked to provide personal information to enable SOLEIL D'OR to select product samples tailored to their preferences and physical characteristics. This processing is based on the customer's consent, formalized by the validation of his/her order on the Site.
2.1.6 Requests or complaints
Personal data relating to requests or complaints that you make by any means of communication (in particular chat and the contact form) are processed by SOLEIL D'OR exclusively to enable it to provide an appropriate response. This processing is based on your contractual or pre-contractual relationship with SOLEIL D'OR.
2.1.7 Publication of notices
