How it works
Each purchase on our website allows you to accumulate loyalty points.
In order to use your loyalty points, you need to go to your customer account in your loyalty area to convert your loyalty points into a discount voucher. Once your loyalty points have been converted, you'll see your discount code, which you can use in your shopping basket when you place your next order.
The use of loyalty points and the resulting discount vouchers is strictly personal.
How do I earn it?
Loyalty points are generated on your customer account as soon as your order is delivered or picked up in store.
Cancellation/return of your order will result in the loss of the corresponding loyalty points.
Deleting your customer account will result in the loss of the corresponding loyalty points and discount vouchers.
Validity
Loyalty points and discount vouchers are valid for 1 year. You can use them on your next order, or combine them to obtain a larger discount.
Differentiation between our physical store in Lille and our e-commerce store
It is impossible to combine loyalty points earned on our website with those earned in our store in Lille, as their functionality is different and independent.
