For over a century, Maison CARON has been putting its expertise at the service of complexion beauty.

In 1908, the House launched Pompon Poudre, a scented rice powder. Packaged in sachets to be tapped directly onto the skin, this nomadic powder revolutionized usage. In the 1930s, success was confirmed with two powder textures of unequaled finesse, Madame Peau Fine and Mademoiselle Peau Fraîche, obtained using an unchanged process that remains secret today.

Made in France, CARON powder is composed of natural minerals (to be checked with Paul) which are crushed, sieved, mixed as many times as necessary to make the freest powder.

Application tips

CARON powder is applied to fresh, cleansed skin, over a day cream or foundation.

Our application tips for an even and mattified complexion:

Step 1: Place the sieve over the powder.
Step 2: Collect the powder on the sieve with the CARON puff.
Step 3: Apply the powder using light pressure all over the face, starting with the middle area.
Step 4: Brush off excess with a kabuki brush.

For a lighter makeup look, follow the steps using a kabuki brush.
