Description

Jany evokes a garden in the middle of summer, where the calm of a sunny nap precedes the children's snack. She is busy in the kitchen, between sugar and flour, preparing her favorite tarte tatin. The butter melts on the glass, the grains of brown sugar fall in the silence of a fine, icy rain. Her scent swirls in the room, resonates as far as the veranda, travels to the path. The cooked apples and cinnamon sticks fade into the exhalations of puff pastry. Then come the caramel, almonds and vanilla which, powerful, will persist until the evening. Antoine's daughter, Jany carries the scent of her recipes, her cakes, her madeleines and her biscuits. Unpublished from a childhood pastry, Jany delivers the souvenir aromas of all our unforgettable delicacies.
