Concentrated at 30%, Gris Charnel Extrait reveals the intensity of the original signature to extract a richer and more faceted version. The woody essence of patchouli invites itself and brings depth to sandalwood and tonka bean which are revealed to be more textured and warm. Voluptuous, vanilla underlines this trail with an amber and smoky roundness. At the top, the freshness and vibrancy of cardamom are combined with the delicacy of a fig with green and fruity accents. A luminous start that illuminates the opulent note of the fragrance.

I have a unique connection with Gris Charnel. For me, it is the quintessence of the creamy and enveloping notes that I appreciate and love to work with. I am often asked what the perfume I would create for myself would be like. Well, in the end it would be Gris Charnel, without a doubt. Revisiting a perfume that has already found its audience is much more difficult than starting from a blank page. Through this second chapter, I wanted to magnify the sensuality of Gris Charnel's original signature, sculpt a trail, be even more magnetic and captivating as desired.Mathilde Bijaoui
