Description

The symbolism of saffron is very strong. In Antiquity, it refers to voluptuousness, sensuality. In India, it is a symbol of luck. It suggests color, wealth, joy, opulence… Working with a saffron imagery is telling all these stories at once. For Ambre Safrano, I adorned it with the golden finery of amber, as if to make it even more precious. Sandalwood, vanilla and oak wood complete the process of shaping a leathery skin that sublimates it.Julien Rasquinet
